The Senior Manager Human Resources is responsible for learning & organizational development for all business units in the Sector.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Establish a culture amongst associates which reflects the Company's core values and constantly reinforce it to ensure all associates live the values.
- Onboard new hires in accordance with Company standards.
- Identify training needs and create, implement and oversee the Company's training programs and learning systems to enable high productivity and career development.
- Impart and facilitate training programmes and activities in the Sector.
- Develop Hi Pots and monitor their Individual development programmes.
- Proactively carry out periodic rap sessions with associates to enable high associate satisfaction.
- Lead OD and other HR projects and carry out an impact assessment to determine ROI.
- Responsible for all analytics related to OD and L&D.
- Develop good relations with highly diverse associates, customers, shareholders, vendors, community agencies and other stakeholders.
Job Specifications :
- Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from a premier institute with at least 08 years of post-qualification experience in the service industry.
- Excellent knowledge of HR concepts and is abreast of the latest concepts in the field.
- Good communication skills and exudes a natural warmth.
- Basic computer skills
- Analytical mind
- Good internal customer focus and an ability to work under pressure.
