Job Summary :

The Organizational Development and Culture Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace culture. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to drive cultural transformation, leadership development, and change management initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Organizational Development:

- Design and implement organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and overall business performance.

- Conduct organizational assessments, identify gaps, and recommend interventions to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Develop and execute programs that support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

- Define and drive initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.

- Design employee engagement programs and pulse surveys to measure and enhance workplace satisfaction.

- Partner with leaders and HR teams to integrate company values into daily business operations.

Change Management:

- Lead change management strategies for large-scale organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new initiatives.

- Develop communication plans and training programs to support employees and leaders through change.

- Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Leadership Development:

- Design and implement leadership development frameworks that align with business goals.

- Facilitate leadership training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to strengthen management capabilities.

- Identify high-potential employees and create pathways for leadership growth and succession planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or HR strategy roles.

- Strong expertise in change management methodologies and OD frameworks.

- Proven experience in designing and executing leadership development programs.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

- Data-driven mindset with experience in employee engagement surveys and action planning.

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is a plus.
