Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for Organization Design.
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of organizational structures, systems, and processes that enable our company to achieve its strategic objectives. As a Sr Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership, to ensure effective organizational design and alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of organization design initiatives to support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and define organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to optimize performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop workforce planning strategies and ensure organizational design supports recruitment and retention efforts.
- Lead change management efforts related to organization design initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide guidance and expertise to leaders and managers on organizational design principles, best practices, and methodologies.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to stay current on industry trends and emerging practices in organization design.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that organization design processes consider and address the needs of a diverse workforce.
