Role : Senior Manager - Organisational Effectiveness ( IT / ITeS / BPO / KPO / Management Consulting)

Job Description :
The Role is part of the Organizational Effectiveness [OE] function within Centre of Excellence (COE), Enabling Unit - Human Resource. This Role would involve active engagement with myriad stakeholders and evolve domain specific implementable models/solutions within the purview of HR.
- The OE Lead will be responsible to Design, Implement and Execute organization-wide projects/initiatives
- Work on Talent Management, Digital and other OD initiatives
- Liaise with key stakeholders in business to understand needs and partner in developing plans for implementation of projects.
- Work on various benchmarking initiatives to understand industry trends and research of various dimensions of organization effectiveness and people practices.

- Ability to ideate, design and initiate innovative HR interventions
- Comprehensive communication skills [oral and written], conceptualization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stretch roles and delivery timelines
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative data
Qualification :
- MBA with specialization in Human Resource
