Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The OD Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development programs that drive the company's strategic objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management, talent development, and performance improvement to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

- Develop and execute OD strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and recommend solutions.

- Partner with senior leadership to drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Talent Development:

- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for employees at all levels.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems.

- Provide guidance on setting performance standards, evaluating employee performance, and developing performance improvement plans.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Conduct employee surveys, analyse results, and implement action plans to address areas of concern.

Organizational Design and Structure:

- Assist in the design and restructuring of organizational roles and functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and update job descriptions and competency models.

Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and transformations.

- Develop communication plans and training programs to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Use data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

12 to 15 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading OD initiatives and managing large-scale change projects.

Experience in designing and implementing talent development and performance management programs.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proficiency with HRIS and other relevant software.
