CTC : 38 LPA
Experience Required : Minimum of 15 years' experience of which, atleast 10 years should have been in an OD or related (People and Leadership Development and Talent Management) field
Job Purpose:
The incumbent of this role will be required to independently and collaboratively devise, implement and execute strategies for Leadership Development and Talent Management within the Contact Centre. The role also involves planning for the effectiveness of and development within the OD Team.
