Job Title: Sr Manager - Global OD
Reporting to : GM - Global OD
Location : Bangalore
Working Hours/ Days : 9hrs/5 days
Shift : 12:00 to 9:00pm
Team Size: IC role
Desired skills and qualification: MBA/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organization Development or equivalent. (From Tier 1 institutes)
Experience (years): Work experience of 5 - 10 years; 5+ years' experience in L&D/leadership development/Behavioral learning;
Certifications (Technical / Non-technical), if any :
- Applicable Training and Development certifications preferred. Certification in psychometric tools preferred.
- Objective and responsibility
1. Primary responsibilities:
a. Customer related:
- Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans
- Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation and delivery of Learning Solutions
- Develop, implement and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects
- Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions
b. Financials related :
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events to ensure that operations are managed effectively within authorized budgets
c. Process related :
- Develop/ Deploy evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness
- Implement Performance management tools and techniques
- Identify skill and knowledge requirements for Processes through TNIs
- Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities through on the job processes
Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles, techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment, coaching and project management
- Good understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry
- In-depth Knowledge of Leadership Development & Behavioral Concepts
- Excellent analytical skill and knowledge of related tools will be preferred
- Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential
Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
- Proven client relationship and consulting skills
- Good Interpersonal skills and expert in leading teams across locations
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content/materials
- Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required)
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.

Domain expertise, if any:
- 5+ years proven success as an internal/external trainer in behavioral/ managerial training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring and delivering talent development projects to fulfill business needs.
- An understanding of the Healthcare BPM specially Provider Business will be an advantage
