As a Manager of Organization Development (OD), you will play a key role in shaping the organization's culture and driving its success through strategic OD interventions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational challenges, foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement, and ensure the organization has the right skills and competencies to achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead OD interventions that address critical organizational challenges, such as change management, cultural transformation, and employee engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other OD interventions to promote employee development and organizational change.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of OD interventions and inform future strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in OD.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of OD tools, resources, and processes.
- Represent the OD team in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Grad / Post Grad in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Organization Development.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing OD interventions.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
