Location: Mumbai

CTC: upto 12 LPA

We are Hiring for a Renowned Global Facility Management Company

Requisite:

- Graduates B-Com / MBA with 8+ years of relevant work experience in the Order to Cash department of Finance & Accounts.

- Timely and correct processing of Invoice & Credit notes for Customers.

- Oversee monthly invoicing process, including providing quality control, ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed

- Train and Assist Team and monthly review.

- Interpret and clarify policies and procedures related to invoicing.

- Review, analyze, and resolve errors in invoices and other materials to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.

- Follow-up and Ensure reduction of unbilled.

- Revenue Recognition/ Monthly Revenue analysis with reasons.

- Prepare Monthly & Yearly report as per business requirements.

- Handle audits queries & ensure to close audit points.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Coordinate with Operations, Regional Teams and customers to qualify and resolve disputes.

- Communicates with customers via phone, email, customer web portal or personally.
