Description - Lead the Global Order to Cash Operations for a large logistics multinational leading a team of 100 professionals across billing, accounting, collections and cash applications

Description :

As a Senior Manager - Order To Cash, your role will include:

- Ensuring that overall delivery of services to BUs meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and SSC and is within a strong internal control framework.

- Providing the environment for the O2C team to achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency within a strong internal control framework which covers end to end O2C delivery through the Service Center Partnering with the Service Management team to:

- Developing and track Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure service delivery excellence.

- Providing input to service reporting.

- Ensure that Internal Customer and Supplier issues are dealt with in accordance with the escalation process and push back where this is not the case

- Acting as a point of escalation within the O2C process for critical/complex service issues

Profile :

As a successful Senior Manager - Order To Cash you should possess:

- Expertise in Order To Cash processes, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools

- Experience of managing a client-service oriented function (preferably shared service setup) in areas like large corporate initiatives/projects, strategic thinking, relationship management, financial budgets and processes and recruiting, developing, coaching and monitoring employees.

- Knowledge of general accounting practices, financial management, sourcing, and contracting processes

- Ability to thinks strategically; taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems; ability to utilise information from a wide variety of sources
