Job Description :


- Senior Manager - Order Management to service the order management requests of the global customers in regions across the globe.


Client Details :

Our client is a leading MNC in the Semiconductor Manufacturing space and has a presence across 17+ countries. They are looking to hire a Customer Service leader to support order management activities for global geographies for their Spare Parts and the position will be based out of Bangalore.

Description :

Reporting into the Head of Customer Service and managing a team of 15-18 people, you will be responsible for :

- Managing customer service for global customers with a team of 15-18 people split majorly amongst two regions.


- Specific business processes in support of spares operations, such as Quotation Process, Service/Sales Orders and Consignment Process (Quote to Cash Cycle), managing OTD, and handling of global customers.


- Managing key departmental activities including but not limited to Budgeting and Forecasting, Infrastructure management, and Hiring, Training and Organization Development

Profile :

- Ideally you are an Engineer preferably Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical and should have overall 12+ years of experience in which atleast 6-8 years of relevant experience of handling order management for global customers in relevant industries such as Electrical/Electronics, Machine Manufacturing, Automation and Automotive for Spare Parts.


- You must have SAP Sales and Distribution Module experience. You must have experience of handling customer service for global regions. You should have managed front-line managers and a team of atleast 8-10 people. You should have business acumen and problem-solving skills.


- You should have demonstrated success in executing Lean, Six Sigma and RPA frameworks on your processes. You should be open to travelling and to flexible work shifts.
