Years of Experience - 12 Years +

Education - CA / MBA / BE

Responsibilities :

- Identify opportunities using/building your own network within and outside the firm

- Work Independently in business development ( entire cycle) and project/client management

- Drive Client conversation and prepare responses to RFPs

- Drive Client conversations, lead project delivery and manage stakeholders

- Lead and guide Team during project execution

Ideal Candidate should:

- Have been part of any of the following Consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG )

- Have Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Have Experience in handling projects with large organizations

- Be Self-Motivated and Flexible

- Have the ability to lead a cross-cultural and multi-generational diverse workforce

- Have experience in Finance Transformation projects covering Financial Planning, Consolidation & Reporting, Cost Management, Pricing

- Have experience in handling a team of 10+ resources independently

- Have a mindset to be responsible for sales and productivity of the team

- Have experience in working with Alliances.
