Role : Senior Manager - US Home Insurance Operations ( ITeS / BPO)
Location : Bangalore
Position Summary:
1. Candidate should have sound knowledge on US Mortgage & Home Insurance and will be responsible for managing and leading Ops team.
2. Excellent people manager, open to direction and Positive Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
1. Should have understanding of US Mortgage/Insurance domain.
2. Delegate responsibilities effectively
3. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes assigned
4. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
5. Manage Project revenues, manpower and profitability for processes and take necessary actions to meet required targets.
6. Strong monthly performance management to improve overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
7. Improve the quality of the process to achieve above client expected standards.
8. Excellent Computer skills and Proficient in MS Office
9. Would be responsible to meet client SLA's i.e. Quality and TAT
10. Candidate should be able to identify and execute process improvements plans
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- MBA / Post Graduate with 10 +Yrs Experience, minimum 10 years of experience in US Mortgage/ Home Insurance domain. Minimum 6 -8 years of team management experience.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Ability to resolve people issues and connect with each team member at personal and professional level
- Must be able to communicate with client through conference calls and e mails.
- Maintain good rapport with customer and have regular communication with them
