Job Title: Senior Manager - Ops Tech

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a bridge between DSC Operations and client customer ops & IT team.

2. Manage Vinculum from a technical and project management standpoint to ensure deliverables at the Client DC are met.

3. Ensure DSC operational requirements are met by Vinculum, aligned with Client SAP.

4. Review and update operational SOPs in consultation with DSC operations and communicate necessary changes to Vinculum, including documentation.

5. Serve as the SME for DSC & Client on Vinculum WMS+OMS package, DSC TMS, and Client SAP related to DC requirements.

6. Seek guidance from DSC IT on technical matters as needed.

Job Competency, Description & Deliverables:

1. Understanding of WMS, OMS, and TMS systems and their architecture.

2. Knowledge of omni-channel requirements.

3. Basic knowledge of retail operations.

4. Proficiency in SAP.

5. Strong stakeholder management skills.

6. Solution-oriented mindset.

7. Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

8. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail or e-commerce IT organization.

9. IT graduate (Master's preferred).
