Job Description:

- As a Senior Operations/Workforce/Capacity Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows, workforce allocation, and data-driven capacity planning to optimize service delivery. This role demands expertise in handling large datasets, real-time reporting, and seamless coordination with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet service delivery targets.

- Analyze forecasted volumes and staffing coverage to optimize resource allocation.

- Oversee real-time report monitoring and ensure adherence to deadlines.

- Assist senior management in workflow optimization and decision-making.

- Prepare and present high-quality reports to leadership teams.

- Streamline and validate large datasets to drive data-backed decisions.

- Manage and refine workflow processes within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in operations, capacity planning, or workforce management.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel, reporting tools, and data analytics.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.

- Excellent coordination skills with a proactive and empathetic approach.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
