Senior Manager - Operations - Online Venture - Arts & Crafts

Sr Manager Ops for an online venture dealing with Arts and Crafts worldwide

- Sr Operations manager will be responsible for warehouse fulfillment, order fulfillment and last mile delivery to ensure that customers get their orders on time.

Job responsibilities :

- To develop a vendor base for inward and outward logistics (transportation, courier, last mile etc)

- To ensure that merchandise reaches warehouse on time and maintain inventory levels as per SOPs

- Setup processes and SOPs in alignment with company's objectives, keep pace with organizational growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment

- Order fulfillment and last mile delivery

- Supervise a team of ground staff in the fulfillment operations of a warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and handed over to logistics team on time

- Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience

- Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure all orders are connected within shipping cut-off

- Publish all SCM related MIS reports to respective stakeholder to provide analytical insights

- Prepare and share dashboards on various operations queues performance to the higher management.
