Senior Manager - Operations - MICE - Travel/Hospitality

- Responsible for leading the Operations, Visa and Tour Manager Operations for MICE Business for the region.

- Manage Resources optimally as per the work assignments received.

- Ensure that team adheres to the accounting / operating systems and ensure Quality and Timely Output by the Teams.

- Maintain liaison with airlines & Consulates.

- Good Process Knowledge.

- Ensure that Tour Manager contracts are made and maintained as is required.

- Ensure that Customer Service Quality is maintained to the agreed standards as per SOP.

- Ensure that team members are trained on the processes, policies and systems on a periodic basis or regular basis as is required.

- Create the product by understanding the market and its wants.

- Deal with the design team to make the brochure & ads.

- Marketing the created product.

- EBITA / GOP for the Files operated in the region.

- Advertising & promotion Budget.
