- 15+ yrs of experience, with at least 2 yrs in an Sr. OM role, with atleast six to seven years in a managerial role
- Should have handled a span of 200+ FTE with 1-2 OM's reporting to him/ her
- Should have worked in the Insurance domain, preferably commercial insurance
- Onsite transition experience is a must
- Should have a good exposure to Process Improvement tools and techniques
- Should have been part of Process Improvement projects (Green Belt, Lean, re-engineering projects)
- Preferably have related industry certifications
- Should have a strategic bent of mind
- Will be leading a function/ division
- Will be part of Leadership Team and responsible for driving on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes
- Manage client relationships and escalations
- Explore opportunities to move processes to other locations
- Identify onshore opportunities for existing and new processes, scoping, identifying new areas of work
- Lead special projects/organization wide initiatives
- Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client
