Senior Manager, Operations Healthcare Analytics.
Responsibilities :
- Extensive modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning
- Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery for US Healthcare clients
- Is seen as an inspiring leader who can build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
- Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
- Work with Client leadership team to understand their strategic objectives and craft analytical solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
- Work closely with the client teams to understand the current operational processes and embed analytics to provide visibility and improve with a continuous feedback loop from the analytical models
- Supports the team's day-to-day work through facilitation and removes obstacles that impede the team's efficiency
- Responsible for providing feedback and guidance to project teams
- Work and lead a delivery team which will execute on the vision and provide best in class reporting and analytics
- Manage/Navigate a complex client environment and dynamics including conducting workshops with leadership teams to lay out definitions and proof of value
- Mine Analytics Opportunities, Create and Present proposals/solutions, Lead Delivery. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to closure while bringing in thought leadership
- Responsible for conducting client Governance meetings
- Conceptualize and develop solutions that are relevant to the Healthcare clients across sub areas such as, product analytics, marketing analytics etc.
- Role involves working under dynamic, challenging conditions demanding multi-tasking. Also involves working with multiple points of contact and stakeholders, other analysts on the team and guiding them with the usage of right kind of technique/tool/process, as required.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent
- US Healthcare Analytics with PBM experience; Thorough understanding on Pharmacy and Medical claims data.
- Demonstrable analytical skills specific to Health Care Domain.
- Basic understanding of Core Python or R, Tableau, SQL or SAS
- Good interpretation & comprehension skills
- Strong Customer Orientation - Solution oriented
Preferred qualifications :
- Doctorate
- US Healthcare Analytics with PBM experience; Thorough understanding on Pharmacy and Medical claims data.
- Basic understanding of Data Science, ML with Python/R skillset, SQL
- Eye for detail & investigative skills
- Good interpretation & comprehension skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Demonstrable analytical skills specific to Health Care Domain.
- Strong Customer Orientation - Solution oriented
- Ability to ask right queries
- Ability to prioritize and organize own workload
