Senior Manager - Operations - Financial Services Firm

Sr. Manager - Operations required for a leading Financial Services Company in Pune.

Will be Heading the Centralized Operations team from the Head Office.

Key responsibilities include Process Modelling, workflow management, system integration, process development & management, compliance etc.

Manage a team of 7 direct reporters.

Desired Skills:

- 12-15 years experience in Operations

- Good to have six sigma certification

- Strong experience in improving operational systems, processes, and policies.
