Senior Operations Manager (US Shift)

Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Bengaluru during US work hours. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing business strategies. The role involves managing team performance and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency.

- Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Drive improvement in customer satisfaction (CSAT) and net promoter score (NPS).

- Collaborate with leadership to implement and execute business strategies.

- Manage projects and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.

- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in an operations capacity.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Experience in driving improvements in CSAT and NPS.

- Proficient in project management and organizational processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Experience in the education or technology industry is an advantage.
