Designed Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of work experience in Data Management, non-voice process BPO or KPOs.
- Experience in e-commerce content-based processes will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop.
- Should have experience in managing a large team (100 - 150 members).
- Should have exposure in interacting with clients, especially overseas clients.
- Should have very high levels of ownership along with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently.
- Ability to get hands-on, along with a great problem-solving attitude.
Role Description:
- Detailed understanding of each and every part of the process.
- Lead, motivate and train team members to ensure high efficiency and quality.
- Execute projects himself/herself while getting the team also to execute.
- Continuous monitoring of project execution to ensure they are delivered as per planned timelines.
- Ability to communicate (written and orally) project-specific doubts and issues with the client.
