Key Responsibility Area:
- Establish effective process controls and review these controls regularly.
- Monitor day to day tasks and ensure accurate delivery on time. Effectively manage and address client escalations.
- Monitor performance of the process based on agreed KPI/SLAs and manage review/governance calls with client.
- Effectively manage team, plan career progression and deal with staff grievances.
- Recruit and manage talent as per process requirement including ramp-ups and replacements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance including internal and external audits. For example, BX audits, ISO Audits etc.
- Continuously work on process standardisation, optimisation and improvement. Diver and support Transformation projects to add value.
- Create opportunities to farm more business from the owned accounts by cross-selling/up-selling. Desired Skills (ASK)
