Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role requires someone with a passion for details, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work US hours (7am-4pm PT) and have prior experience working during these hours.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral, as the role involves making phone calls during US working hours.

- An operations or supply chain professional with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Independent and proactive, with a passion for building systems to improve efficiencies.
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
- Willing to vary schedule to meet business needs, including weekends if required.
- An effective communicator comfortable interacting with customers and vendor partners.
- Passionate about Indian food!
What You'll Do:
- Product Inventory and Demand Planning: Forecast inventory needs, create production plans, and work with retail customers and distributor partners on forecasting and replenishment efforts.
- Sourcing and Supplies Management: Manage inventory of supplies for production, support new product development, and optimize infrastructure for freight and warehousing.
- Logistics Administration: Coordinate shipments and freight, manage day-to-day logistics across warehouses and transportation partners.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with onboarding for new customers and distributors, oversee quality escalations and resolutions, and manage SKU set-up and maintenance.
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Management: Audit invoices from vendor partners and manage the lifecycle of Direct-to-Customer and Food Service orders.
