Role & Responsibilities :

- This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring vendor risks, ensuring adherence to outsourcing risk policies and frameworks (financial & IT services). Drive implementation of risk management practices, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage third-party lifecycle and enhance risk mitigation strategies.

- The primary responsibilities would be to identify, report, assess, measure, monitor, control and report vendor risks and evaluate whether the risk management practices are in line with the Outsourcing risk guidelines.

- Drive implementation of Outsourcing Risk Policy and Framework within the organization (financial & IT services).

- Maintain documentation for risk management, risk policies and procedures.

- Keep abreast of the latest outsourcing risk management techniques and industry best practices.

- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing the same to support third-party risk management.

- Collaborating with First Line of Business, Information Security, IT team for conduct and management of third-party lifecycle.

- Challenging the vendor assessments carried out by first line of defense.

- Carrying out assurance testing as part of the second line of defence checks.

- Developing training/communication materials, ensuring risk culture is built within the organization.

- Any other ad-hoc activities may be assigned from time to time.

- Carrying out independent vendor visits at various locations.
