Job Summary:
The Person will work closely with the Director to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and optimize workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating efficient and scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas for meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist with research, data analysis, and other tasks as needed
- Play a key role in strategic planning and decision making. Identify growth opportunities that align with the company's vision and mission.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.
- Assist in the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes to streamline operations and improve internal workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that initiatives are on track to meet company goals.
Project Management:
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated, and objectives are achieved.
- Track and report on project milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and suggesting solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
Data & Analytics:
- Compile and analyse data to support decision-making, including financial reports, Business Proposals, operational metrics, and project performance updates.
- Provide executives with timely insights on key business drivers, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Highlight and incorporate external & market perspectives and insights from competitive and market intelligence in business decision making
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and working with teams to implement best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with technology and tools that can enhance productivity. Engage with vendors to provide the best technology solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that improve efficiency and scalability.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Organize and coordinate meetings strategic sessions, ensuring that agendas are aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in business management or related field with 10+ years of experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management and collaboration tools. Well aware of the AI tools
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and technology integration
- Grip on financial plans and outcomes with longer term horizons
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership working with senior level management.
- Business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
