About the role :

Company is looking for a talented Sr. Manager, Marketing to join our CGE team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the offline media landscape for acquisition and the ability to solve business problems using marketing tools. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning & the successful completion of marketing campaigns and own the entire journey from ideation to execution.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market share in the logistics industry.

- Plan and coordinate offline marketing campaigns, including ATL & BTL advertisements, direct mailers, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials, to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.

- Identify strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with relevant organizations, associations, and influencers to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling offline marketing collateral, signage, displays, that effectively communicate our value proposition.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the logistics market, and leverage insights to refine offline marketing strategies and tactics.

- Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives, including ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness metrics, to assess effectiveness and optimize future efforts.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and community leaders to support offline marketing initiatives, drive brand advocacy, and enhance brand reputation.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience of 5-6 years in offline marketing roles.

- Strong understanding of traditional marketing tactics and channels, including ATL and BTL activities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing offline marketing plans that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns, events, and activations that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, interpreting data insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
