- Minimum experience of TA should be 5 years.
- Manages complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement).
- Coordinates with Business HR partners and Line managers till the position is close.
- Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results.
- May lead/manage small teams for small projects.
- Have good experience of hiring Non IT, Corporate hiring
- Must responsible for hiring of Finance, Accounts, supply chain, scm or Legal hiring in Pan India.
- Must have good communication and Pleasant personality.
- Must be open for relocation
