Senior Manager - New Product Development - Cleaning Tools & Home Care

Job Summary :

- We plan to set up a center within the company to develop new products in cleaning tools & Homecare to help us expand our business.

- The job entails that he/she assumes charge of the new division to develop a wide range of Indian frozen food products belonging to various regions.

- The role shall report to the top management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist the top management in constantly creating and reviewing New Product ideas

- Must be able to ensure that the initiatives are planned and executed so that there is not much scope for cost or time overruns.

- Ensure a constant healthy pipeline of products for both development and commercialization.

- Responsible for the timely and proper execution of product development activities including formulation development, pilot-level trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.)
