Job Description :
- Responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Lead Generation to Contract signing.
- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
- Work with the Top / Senior management to set the promotional agenda for sales support team and underpin all sales initiatives with an appropriate marketing program
- Close interaction with the Operations teams & other support functions to ensure delivery of technical proposals/ solutions as per agreed timelines.
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
- B2B Lead Generation for US, UK Canada etc. by e-mail campaigns and web research.
- Expert in data collection through primary & Secondary research with the help of different paid portals (Jigsaw, Spoke, Hoovers, Zoom Info, One Source, Netprospex, Lead411 etc.) and free web portals like (LinkedIn, Google, Google Finance, Tracked.com etc.)
- Introduce our services to clients through mass email campaigns.
- Lead Generation both for our organization and for our clients.
- Maintaining and creating database of decision makers for both in-house and client's campaigns.
- Creating and maintaining databases for various email campaigns
