Senior Manager - National Warehouse Manager - FMCG

- FG warehouse expansion strategy in line with footprint expansion

- RM/PM storage strategy - temporary and permanent warehousing

- Manpower scheduling and activity wise manpower optimization

- Warehouse operation management and ensuring 5S, safety and continuous improvement

- National SPOC for all external warehouse management

- Optimization of operations , improve handling, develop semi automatic and automatic solutions with low cost mindset

- Ensure warehouse density maximization with available infrastructure and build business case to get further capex

- Prepare yearly capex requirements with payback and find out vendors for execution

- Develop and track end to end warehouse operations checklist, cost, CFA mapping

- Work with Manufacturing units to fulfil requirements of warehouses, PM storage

- Lead all warehouse managers for productivity, warehouse control, SOP
