Job Title: Senior Manager - Mutual Fund Sales - Retail Sales - Mumbai

Role:

- Responsible for Driving Mutual Funds retail sales (handling ND, RD, IFA & HNIs).

- Achieve Regional targets through driving sales via the channel.

- Do key Client meetings in the region for the channel. Would be responsible for conducting and representing the organization at various seminars, events and make presentations.

- On site & Off site training to channels on products, processes, softwares, and sales approach wrt to PMS and Mutual Funds.

- Competition MIS, Feedback from channel partners, clients to HO team, Product team & Fund Management team.

- Training & Development of team Members.

Must Have:

- AMC experience is must.

- Must have very clear concept and visibility of Sales & the various related aspects prevailing in the entire region in terms of Financial & Mutual Fund Market.

- Must have strong client connectivity and relationships across the region.

- Presentable personality with good communication and presentation skills.

- Team management skills.

- This position requires traits and attributes of a leader with a very strong man-management and communication skill, excellent product knowledge, convincing attitude, smart, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, soaring passion for sales activities, amicable and has an excellent liaison maintaining capacity
