New Client Acquisition and Inactive Client Activation:
- Focus on acquiring new clients and reactivating inactive clients (Dead Folio Revivals).
- Convert leads provided by the Corporate Acquisition Team into active clients.
Client and Distribution Servicing:
- Manage existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Handhold new and existing clients through their transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors to ensure continuous business.
Asset Under Management (AUM) Growth:
- Strategize to increase AUM by expanding market share from both new and existing clients.
- Implement up-sell and cross-sell strategies across asset classes to corporates and their promoters.
Market Expansion and Networking:
- Actively network with clients, competitors, and distributors to gather market intelligence.
- Provide timely information on products to distributors to facilitate better client engagement.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to organizational compliance norms as well as regulatory requirements.
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with operations teams, especially regarding document follow-ups and client account activations.
Joint Meetings and Reviews:
- Participate in joint client meetings with distributors as needed to address client needs and enhance relationships.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain data related to market share and regularly review performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
