About our Client - Our client is a leading bank in retail banking products like credit cards, mortgage, auto loans, etc.across all major markets in which they operate. As part of expansion of their global analytics team, they are looking for a Senior Manager who can play a critical role in their Advanced Analytics Modeling division and become a though leader to the organization.

Job Description - You would be responsible to- Develop risk, response and propensity scorecards across the entire lifecycle of retail customers

- Put in place best in class model management and governance framework

- Develop the bureau strategy for the bank

- Lead the modeling / scorecard development team

- Create a next best product framework for driving cross-sell by building propensity/ response models for multiple products to existing customers working with direct team, external vendors, business customers, operations and technology team to design, build and implement the model end to end within the existing business process

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate you should have- 3+ years of relevant experience in modeling / scorecard development role

- Hands on experience in model building on SAS using different tools and techniques

- Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and success in leadership roles

- Comfort and familiarity with usage of bureau data and its potential for business usage in the lending space

- Sharp analytical thinker. Proven thought leader

- Strong communication skills - ability to work with business teams, understand their objectives, develops scorecards aligned to those objectives

- Delves in to a complex problem and solves it by using large amounts of data. But is able to simplify as appropriate to cut to the core issue and present the findings

- Tremendous drive towards results. Ability to persist against obstacles and get things done

- Displays great ownership of problems and results. Can do and positive attitude
