Budget Management:
- Maintain a balance between experimentation with PMax features and achieving consistent performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with product and analytics teams to ensure proper tracking and attribution via tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Adjust.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on campaign strategies and performance goals.
