OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
To support ongoing projects & participate in processes to improve quality of retention as well as customer engagement/experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Weightage:
- Improving existing processes relating to retention
- Enhancing customer engagement (Design + execute educational campaigns + Explore new mediums of communication)
- Understanding existing processes and drive improvements to enhance customer experience
- Interacting with multiple stakeholders to drive execution of projects pertaining to AUM preservation
- Maintaining various databases / creating dashboards to inform senior management about the impact of the initiatives taken by the team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
Post Graduate - MBA (preferable)
Work Experience: 5 years
Certifications:
Other skill set:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quality tools (Six Sigma)
- Analytical & communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to drive change by executing & monitoring processes
