Designation : Senior Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA from a premier (Tier -1) institute /CA

Work Experience :

- 3+ years of Front end Transaction advisory /investment banking / investment experience with experience of working on end-to-end M&A/PE transaction lifecycle.

- Experience in working on private deals. Should have worked on 2 full deal cycles (collaterals preparation , valuation models, diligence & documentation).

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited/ imperfect information.

Responsibilities :

- Deal sourcing via extensive research, leveraging various public tools, databases, and market intelligence platforms.

- Collateral preparation including financial model, valuation analysis, competition benchmarking, information memorandums, IC note etc.

- Managing the entire deal lifecycle including - Sourcing, evaluating, and helping execute potential strategic M&A / investment opportunities.

- Work cross-functionally with (Product, Engg, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc.) to support diligence activities.

- Perform deep analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources.

- Work with external consultants (diligence agencies, lawyers etc.)
