Senior Manager - Merger & Acquisition - BFS

Senior Manager(M&A)15 plus billion USD Group

The Group has large and interesting plans for acquisitions and divestment at the Corporate level reporting to Head (M&A).

1 The job would involve execution responsibilities,financial modeling,review of documents and agreements,managing the process of due diligence,risk mitigation,compliance requirements.

2 Deal structure and analytics evaluation for refining business and analysis potential of shortlisted opportunities.

3 Interact with relevantbusiness teams,validate assumptions.

4 Provide analytical support to the management in review meetings.

5 Deal management integration of aspects like deal strategy,finanace, legal,tax,accounting.

6 Interact with investment bankers,counter parties,advisors &consultants.

7 Represent company at times at Investor Conferences,non deal shows and meetings with investors.

8 Role also involvesevaluationof impacton diffeerent options for structuring the project,impact due to regulations,sensitivity analysis and preparation of reports to different stakeholders.

Essentially a team player and a leader of the Team for guidance and supervision.

Strong exposure in investment banking,advisory/M&A function of Corporate is essential.
