Urgent Hiring with the MEP(Underground Metro) Industry for the Profile of Senior Manager(Project) for the Delhi/ Noida Location

- Cost Control

- Contract Knowledge & Handling

- Material & resource planning

- Knowledge of Subcontracting & preparation of scope matrix etc.

- Develop various plans for project

- Project Billing

- Site Control

- Liaison with civil authorities

- Interface with systemwide contractors & Civil Contractors

- Interface with internal shared services - admin, HR, finance, Purchase etc.

- Have domain knowledge in his field but have fairly working knowledge on other fields. Work Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 5-7 years' experience of Metro Underground stations

- Well conversant with terms related to Metro Projects

- Able to control design & engineering calculations of cables, switchgear, cable containment, electrical Panels, DG sets etc.

- Able to control drawings preparation and submission

- Able to control Vendors, delivery, FAT etc.

- Must have site execution exposure for UG Metro stations

- Well conversant with QA QC & SHE requirements

- Well aware of planning, drawing and engineering tools / software, proficiency in the same will be added advantage.

- References of DMRC will be preferred.
