JOB OVERVIEW:
The role involves leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for PCH, driving brand awareness and performance through integrated digital campaigns. The incumbent will oversee the digital ecosystem, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate with brand and product teams, manage digital budgets, optimize campaigns, and leverage new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, the role includes optimizing the digital path to purchase and strengthening partnerships with industry players to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Integrated Digital Media and Content:
- Overall Purpose - build digital marketing ecosystem to lead delivery of digital brand experiences, strengthening digital brand awareness and optimization of performance of our digital campaigns and applications.
- Development of PCH Digital Marketing Strategy which includes Planning, managing execution of digital marketing activities to maximize brand awareness, to satisfy existing customers and attract potential customers to meet salience KPI's, sales & profit and contribute to the development and growth of businesses. The incumbent, strategizes the development and continuous improvement of PCH digital ecosystem via Social Media, Content Ecosystem & performance marketing on D2C platform Key
Digital Media - Strategy:
- Planning and management of digital marketing across all brands - acting as critical interface and thought leader between digital agencies and brand teams.
- Develop and drive holistic approach for digital marketing leveraging all potential buckets including search, content, social, video, display, affiliate & performance marketing, ROI and Test & Learn
- Build Social media strategies, content strategies, and performance marketing through leveraging tools and advancements via new tools and capabilities.
Content Development:
- Guides efficient procedures for content creation, video content, asset management, social listening etc in collaboration with Digital teams, our agencies, and our technical partners
- Accountable for content creation, curation, storage and governance in alignment with Brand Teams and local digital agency.
- Collaborates within local digital agency, creative agency IT and other agency partners to create digital solutions like landing pages, campaign pages and whats app links to great content.
- Lead influencer media, content and execution (Strategy & development) in the most effective and efficient way. Build KPI's, business action and tracking process
Digital Media - Operations:
- Partners with the Brand Teams to establish campaign objectives, develop campaigns and define KPIs and reporting cadence to track performance and integrate results into brand dashboard.
- Spearhead leveraging digital media to improve overall media cost efficiency for entire brand portfolio. Deliver brand campaigns with pre-aligned and clearly measurable objectives
Digital Infrastructure and future ready:
- Responsible for PCH digital ecosystem and digital path to purchase including website strategy, maintenance and optimization, Sales enablement platforms, Customer Engagement Platforms, Social Media platforms, 1:1 Marketing Technology and activation.
- Develops Search Engine Optimization and web strategies to ensure has the best possible ranking in the leading search engines.
KPI's:
- Brand metrics across the funnel- Discover, Awareness, Engagement, Consideration, Conversions
- Organic Reach increase, ROI on Digital (and influencer) campaigns
- Social media traffic (views, reach, lift%)
