Role Summary:

It is a key role in marketplace. Person is responsible for leading the effort to run T&S Operations, Strategy Design & Strategy Execution in the area of his/her domain. T&S team works with different units/functions and hence it is expected that person should have strong Stakeholder management.

Job Description:

- Develop and drive initiatives to ensure Trust & Safety for both seller & buyer in marketplace.

- Develop and implement quality frameworks (Product/Service) that becomes standard in Indian ecommerce industry in your domain

- Define, track and improve key metrics pertaining to your domain in T&S operations. Analyze large amount of data to drive insights, gaps, trends & actions

- Drive the need for quality standardization, compliance and adherence to agreed parameters.

- Work closely with enabling/business partners like business development, finance, legal and operations excellence to drive quality first pertaining to your domain

- Execute process quality framework that ensures speed to deliver for desirable outcome.

Desired skills and experience:

Qualifications:

- MBA from tier 1 institute with 5+ years- experience in leadership role

- Degree or professional qualification in engineering or quantitative discipline

Key Areas of Experience:

- Exposure to E-Commerce marketplace preferably in the area of Trust & Safety

- Exposure to operational excellence experience with desired knowledge of process development & deployment, strategy formulation and execution

- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, SIX SIGMA)

Key Skill Sets

- Ability to take independent decisions & to handle ambiguity

- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills, comfortable with large amount data and drawing insight. Strong technical bent of mind, scalable/sustainable solutions

- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives.

- Strong Analytical and Written Communication Skills

- People leadership and management experience

- Strong Stakeholder management experience
