Hiring for SM1 for Marketplace Business Development role for a leading Ecommerce in Bangalore

- Warehouse Fulfillment provides sellers with the option to place their fast moving inventory at warehouses and get products delivered faster at customer doorstep. The role is lead the fulfillment charter, some key work streams are given below:

1.Build Fulfillment as sustainable and scalable fulfillment model of choice for sellers. Make each sub component of the program scalable

2.Build Capacity Management Systems for optimum utilization of existing fulfillment capacities

3.Ensure high fill rate against allocated capacities. Ensure optimal inventory placement at each location

5.Provide accurate recommendations to sellers and drive its adoption

6.Report weekly progress of the program against the key metrics

6.Drive growth of program by influencing other stakeholder such as Product, Engineering MP Business, Categories, Marketing, Finance, other Support functions

7.Solve for sellers' concerns and operational challenges

8.Build operational capabilities in the team, and drive team for results

Improve seller NPS for the program

9.Prefer E-Commerce / Retail / Program Management experience. Minimum Experience of 5 years.
