Senior Manager - Marketing & Strategic Partnership - Insurance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Launch products and increase LI penetration across segments with Bank partners: Develop and manage campaigns for new/ existing products in addition to segment specific campaigns:

Increase penetration of new product in the specific seller segment resulting in meeting the product launch targets (first 90 days)

- Regular campaigns for increasing take up of existing products aligned to efforts and focus of the Distribution team.

Engagement tools for RM / WMS/ other seller segments to initiate conversations with HNIs, along with new product launches

- Penetrate new segments with simplified insurance offerings to sellers along with conversation starters.

- Leverage opportunities for LI across the Bank segments thought seller insighting/ Bank campaigns e.g. Tax Planning, NRI campaigns

- Integrate with the Banca partner to support communication requirement for customer &seller facing campaigns

Customer In -sighting and Product Manufacturing - Work with the research team to get Partners customer insights to give feedback for Product Creation and servicing initiatives.

Seller Insighting and action to provide inputs to products & training team to re-work on value story to counter seller objections

B. Work with the Bank to Activate various sellers and visibilise the MLIC brand and evangelise : Build Visibility for the MLIC brand across touch points:

- Ensure visibility for the MLIC brand/LI across Bank touch points

- Visibilise & integrate the brand campaign across seller & Customer segments with the partners

- Evaluate the feasibility of joint campaigns and partner with the Bank to popularise the brand

- Increase activisation of seller \ Branches by customized campaigns and POS presence

C. Product : Work with the product and distribution teams and develop campaigns to enhance product penetration across seller segments

D. Marketing / Brand

- Work towards achieving the brand consideration scores through sustained customer/ prospect programs with the partners

- Keep in view brand scores for action planning and initiatives across zones/ circles

- Integrate all communication so that it is commensurate with the Brand thought

- Monitor & Benchmark all communication in the Banca space to identify opportunities

E. Spends management

- Program planning and execution within budgets

- Ensure maximum cost efficacy of marketing budgets

F. Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelines

- Use & File of all customer facing marketing collaterals

- Documentation and Management of Customer Facing Communication

- Work with legal and compliance to ensure all communication is approved

- Work with the actuarial teams to ensure compliance for filing requirements

G. Creative Agency Management:

- Work towards Quality Output and continuous feedback to the creative agencies

- Work with the product teams to develop product propositions exclusively for Banca channels

- Work with the teams to build innovative opportunities for the new product launches in the online space across Banca partners

- Planning & managing timely delivery of campaigns with the creative agency to enable time to market

H. Treating Customer Fairly:

- Enable relevant and effective TCF deployment in Bancassurance partners

- Co-create the annual awareness action plan for the channel and drive identified and pre-agreed initiatives along with the Channel head

- Integrate TCF in the ZVPs 'way of work' & across all relevant touch points with employees

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & ELIGIBILITY:

- Preferably 8-10 years of work experience in the area of Marketing

- Graduate / MBA
