1) Planning and Implementing the annual marketing calendar.

2) To increase the marketing income.

3) To increase the footfall of the mall.

4) Creative briefs and approving the marketing collateral's for each Mall.

5) To ensure that all PR activities including Press release.

6) To ensure that all marketing activity happen on time, Ad releases, artwork creation, etc.

7) To ensure that all corrections/amendments pertaining to the website, and up- gradation to happen by the required time.

8) To ensure that all reports are ready by required time.

9) To develop positive and fruitful relationship with vendors which reflect professionalism, creativity & passion.

10) Research and Updation of leasing ppt on timely basis.

11) Innovation, Pro activeness and creating new ideas.

12) To complete all other works allocated to you from time to time with due diligence & perfection.

13) To contribute towards the team & would be a factor of support to every department in the organisation.
