- The role will head the marketing department, reporting to the Managing Director.
- Will handle Strategy and Marcom.
- Brand management and store footfalls would be the critical KPI
The role :
- Manage the complete marketing lifecycle aligning to the strategic business plan - developing plans to help establish the brand, promote brand awareness, allocation of resources and manage marketing initiatives around ATL, BTL, Digital Media.
- Conduct periodic market research to derive insights on market trends- design trends/ seasonal trends etc.
- Launch and activation of promotions and events
- Project manage delivery of marketing programs against planned timelines
- Conceptualization and execution of brand promotions
- Work with agencies for outputs aligned to our core brand messaging
- Responsible for media planning, PR and agency management
- Collate and present data on the marketing initiative budgets, ROI, Impact
The Person:
- 10-15 years marketing experience in retail
- Karnataka experience will be very useful
