- Conceptualize and Lead execution of marketing plans for portfolio(s) as per franchise goals and budgets, coordinate with internal functions, customers and external service providers, monitor on ground execution of programs/ conferences/ events/ promotions etc., troubleshoot, ensure the right set of metrics are in place for tracking success.
- Planning and implementing Product launches and Product life cycle management.
- Monitoring sales performance and the effectiveness of marketing programs against goals set.
- Product Life cycle management and working with cross-functional teams to drive product approvals, inventory planning and product availability as per portfolio marketing plans.
- Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption etc. relevant to own products in-country in order to analyze impact of market conditions, guide local franchise operations teams, report back to the regional/global team & highlight possible modifications to the regional/
- Revision Bfranchise marketing plans
- Development of key marketing communications for portfolio, works closely with agencies and media to develop right messaging and its delivery; seeking regional and global approvals; tracking the effectiveness of the communication to drive differentiation.
- Track brand/ market performance of product(s), root cause analysis and action plan development in collaboration with sales function (including travel, campaigns, promotion activities etc.)
- Establish relationships with KOLs in the field; Identify key Physician champions for franchise; Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management; Ensure product messaging and placements in symposiums and main customer events/conferences.
- Conducting investigative research to assess brand image, market share and growth opportunities.
- Providing effective support to sales team, including product & clinical messaging training.
- Enable and contribute towards a cohesive Marketing function by:
- Transmitting the Organization's values, vision and direction
- Providing Functional direction and adequate resources, removing barriers and helping develop people's skills; articulating expectations and drive performance to fuel business growth
- People development and Coaching: Developing the Product Manager(s)
- Ensure compliance of A&P and FOC process as per auditable guidelines and processes.
