Senior Marketing Manager Owned Digital Assets (OLO)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for revenue through owned online assets - KFC App & Web
- Drive Acquisition through various channels - paid and unpaid
- Build partnerships with wallets, banks and others to drive acquisition, retention and conversion growth
- Manage analytics and reporting for App & Web
- Partner with tech and product team to strengthen each step of the conversion funnel
- Drive retention for the app in conjunction with the CLM / CRM team
- Construct & execute the Delivery retail calendar focused on Acquisition, Retention and Experience and
- Develop a pipeline of OLO initiatives to drive growth and brand visibility -
- Consistently grow Monthly active users on OLO through initiatives around paid media marketing, new third part integrations
- Lead project on revamping the marketing tech stack and drive implementation of best-in-class martech tools
- Reduce Friction on digital ordering through improving ordering journey
- Building sustainable business model through right priced products, strategic use of value and healthy COS Facilitating a smoother pick up / rider experience at POS. - Rider wait time, Visual collaterals & cues,
