Job Description : 1. Work with marketing managers from the inception of marketing campaigns in a consultative manner to lead and guide marketing managers in the rollout of the marketing campaign. 2. Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the marketing program across all channels and touchpoints. 3. Maintain an open channel of communication with Marketing managers throughout the life of the program to define and document campaign requirements within the internal marketing resource management solution 4. Responsible for managing gross margin, project profitability, CSAT, &amp; ESAT 5. Accountable for the output of an operations center, ensuring that all customer requirements are met cost-effectively, timely, and compliant. 6. Responsible for bottom-line for various accounts or multiple accounts as assigned 7. Manages service level agreement performance as per the SOW 8. Identifying and dealing with short-term and long-term risks for various accounts 9. Active contribution in strategizing the accounts, including new service offerings and ways to grow the account. 10. Active contribution in building short-term operational plans and long-term strategic plans for the vertical. 11. Gather the campaign requirements and work with cross-functional teams and involve domain experts were required while project managing all aspects of the campaign milestones and deliverables. 12. Help Marketing Managers define the general vision of the program, and ensure that all teams involved understanding their deliverables and due dates. 13. Develop a master project plan to coordinate all of the activities of the teams. 14. Create segmentation plans that support marketing campaigns and for the Marketing Operations team to execute and automate those segmentation plans 15. Manage the Creative Development process (where required) to ensure that the creative teams understand the direction of Marketing, that communications between the teams are conveyed in a timely fashion, and that Legal, Brand, and other pertinent teams have input 16. When relevant, ensure that cross-functional teams/domain experts are involved in setting up relevant metrics and ensuring that the campaign results are reported consistently. 17. Keep abreast of ad technology, marketing technology, and developments. 18. Should understand email marketing, performance marketing. 19. Understanding social media marketing a plus. 20. At least 10 years experience in marketing of which 4 years should be in project management across cross-functional teams for multi-channel digital campaigns 21. Excellent communication Skills 22. Should have handled multiple clients/accounts
