Position: Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Leading US AI-driven Revenue Enablement Company)

Role:

- Role will be instrumental in shaping the Company's marketing operations, offering strategic insights, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to ensure the marketing initiatives are both effective and impactful.

- Lead and spearhead marketing initiatives that align with the Company's strategic business goals to drive robust growth and expand market presence.

- Innovate and optimize marketing strategies to amplify impact and achieve unprecedented reach.

- Leverage analytics and insights to gauge marketing performance across channels and campaigns.

- Uncover opportunities for enhancement and execute strategies to boost marketing efficiency and impact

- Design, execute, and fine-tune campaigns across multiple channels, from launch to optimization.

- Champion the connection between marketing and cross-functional teams, including sales, GTM, and central operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.

- Orchestrate the daily operations of marketing communications, overseeing content production and ensuring alignment with strategic plans.

- Utilize analytics to assess content effectiveness and refine strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

- 10+ Years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations: candidates with experience in AI, SalesTech, and selling to CROs, sales, sales enablement, revenue operations and GTM leaders will be preferred.

- Experience in managing programs related to new product launches, new marketing campaigns, and identifying and addressing execution gaps.

- Excellent at cross-functional collaboration and project management.

- Creative thinker who can break down complex problems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Dive into data to find challenges and solutions on your own.
