Job Description
KEY PURPOSE:
- Responsible for launch of innovative new products and managing various promotion campaigns for existing products through their life cycle.
- To effectively create a road map for product strategy by understanding consumer segments and channel requirements.
- Initiate, build and maximize close working relationships with all internal and external business customers detailed within the business scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Expertise
- Planning, strategy and implementation of customer acquisition initiatives for lead generation for different lines of businesses.
- Providing support to all sales generating activities
- Manage marketing planning and budgets and forecasts
- Planning and implementing periodic customer engagement initiatives for existing clients.
- Plan and execute all festival communications and other hygiene communication to existing and prospect clients.
- Study customer preferences, study competition and generate monthly marketing intelligence analysis reports.
- Leading product strategy and ensure implementation of product development and product management.
- Inculcate a culture of high performance within the team and take appropriate initiatives to increase motivation levels
- Spearhead internal communication, events planning and innovation in communication.
- Manage website design and content, strategy to increase website views and leads on a monthly basis.
- Lead, design and derive online marketing initiatives, digital initiatives, google lead generation activities.
KEY CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

- Should have expertise in developing marketing content, power point presentations, reports on competition analysis and understanding market trends.
- Possesses good understanding of the financial products.
- Complete knowledge of online marketing, designs, creative's.
- Considerable experience in managing advertising, creative, PR agencies.
- Know how to manage various marketing vendors and liaison with multiple stakeholders internal and external.
- Should exhibit a high level of integrity and lay emphasis on setting ethical brand standards across the organization; should be able to lead by example
- Should have the ability to translate the organization product offerings into effective marketing offline and online campaigns.
- Is able to champion the use of technology within the function to improve the business performance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (example, interpret marketing results and spot trends, analyze competitor marketing strategies).
